This area contains (from the left):

Staff/Page up-down arrows: Scroll notation up or down.

Intro checkbox: Include a 2- or 4-beat introduction.

Loop checkbox: Repeat back to the beginning when the tune reaches the end.

Tune button: Play from the beginning.

Tonality button: Establish tonality (I-V7-I in major, for example).

Resting Tone button: Sing the resting tone for the tonality of the active tune (do in major, for example).

Tempo slider: Change tempo (Tune Assistant remembers tempo settings between sessions).

Key popup menu: Select a key for the current tune (Tune Assistant automatically determines which keys will work for a given tune in the currently active range).

Transposition popup menu: For ranges soprano through bass you may apply a standard instrumental transposition. (Transposition is implemented automatically when the active range is a transposing instrument.)

Display buttons: Choose whether to display music notation, blank music staves, text or nothing.
