Edit Tune

Choose Edit Tune from the File menu to make minor changes to the tune you're working with. Note and chord information is contained in three main fields:

Melody Notes: Each pitch is indicated with a number representing chromatic halfsteps above the lowest note in the tune, followed by the appropriate tonal solfege syllable.

Melody Rhythms: Rhythms are indicated with the first consonants of rhythm syllables according to the rhythm syllable system of Edwin E. Gordon.

Chord Progression (Functions): The chord progression uses Roman numerals in the standard fashion.
